Background:
The daughter of the female Mech pilot pioneer Asuka Genai, Mizoei grew up in the shadow of her legendary mother. Lacking the physical abilities required to pilot a mech, she enrolled in medical school & eventually got a masters in Bioengineering. After her mother's tragic (& suspicious) death in 2076, Mizoei founded Genai Bioengineering & started the SX-9 program in the hope of leveling the playing field & opening the doors for female mech pilots. The program was a complete failure in the eyes of the NeoTokyo parliament & the project was scrapped.
In 2088, using the remaining funds from her mother's life insurance, Mizoei founded Mobile Armor Division ; the first Security Corp. to hire only female pilots. She continues to try & perfect the SX-9 drug.
